Go to bed and within a few hours, the capsule will dissolve and start working its magic. Discharge after treatment is normal, so wear a pad or period undies during and after treatment.
How often should I use Ease?

For effective relief from an active infection like BV or thrush, we recommend treating yourself to one suppository nightly until symptoms cease for the most effective relief. Just remember to put intimacy on hold for a while — both intercourse and oral are off the menu during this period and for 24-48 hours after treatment to ensure all traces of boric acid have been flushed from the vagina..
